1. Design & Mold Engineering
Our in-house engineering team develops 3D/2D specifications for round pulls, bar pulls, and split door handles, optimizing wall thickness and gating systems. We machine H13 tool steel molds using CNC, EDM, and wire-cut technology, with full cooling channel integration and automated ejection systems.
 
2. Alloy Preparation
We utilize ADC12 and A380 aluminum alloys, verified through incoming composition analysis. Clean recycled material (maximum 30%) is blended with virgin ingots. Molten aluminum undergoes nitrogen rotary degassing at 680-720 degrees Celsius to eliminate hydrogen and oxide inclusions, ensuring casting integrity.
 
3. High-Pressure Die-Casting
Automated 200-500 ton die-casting cells execute precision injection cycles. Robotic ladles deliver measured aluminum shots into hardened steel molds with 3-8 second hold pressure, producing dense, non-porous castings with minimal internal shrinkage.
 
4. Casting Conditioning
Hydraulic trim dies remove gates and overflow flash. Vibratory tumbling or CNC grinding eliminates parting-line burrs. Optional shot blasting creates uniform matte surfaces for enhanced coating adhesion. Each casting receives visual inspection before advancing.
 
5. Precision Machining
CNC centers drill and tap mounting holes, mill contact surfaces, and correct dimensional variations. Ultrasonic cleaning removes all machining residues to prevent surface treatment defects.
 
6. Surface Finishing
Our finishing lines deliver four distinct appearances:
- Anodizing: Sulfuric acid process with dyeing and sealing; matte silver, black, gold, gunmetal, champagne; 500+ hour salt spray resistance

7. Quality Assurance & Fulfillment
